How HYPERVC handles personal and workspace data.

HYPERVC is a venture workflow platform for VC teams operated by HYPERVC Labs Private Limited. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use HYPERVC or request information about the platform.

Information We Collect

We may collect account and workspace information such as name, email address, organization, role, login activity, workspace selections, and administrative settings.

We may collect venture workflow information such as startups saved to the Tracking Board, My Startups, Archived Startups, Exit Radar activity, notes, financial information requests, and usage logs connected to those actions.

If you submit a Request More Info form, we collect the name, work email, organization, and message you provide.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide HYPERVC, authenticate users, maintain organization workspaces, support collaboration inside customer organizations, process information requests, monitor product reliability, manage financial API usage, and improve the platform.

Organization Workspaces

Some HYPERVC features are designed for organization-level visibility. For example, portfolio companies, archived opportunities, and related notes may be visible to other authorized users in the same organization.

Third-Party Data Providers

When a user requests financial information, HYPERVC may send relevant startup identifiers, such as startup name, registered company name, sector, and location, to third-party data providers such as Venture Intelligence to retrieve available company information.

Sharing Information

We do not sell customer workspace data. We may share information with service providers who help operate HYPERVC, third-party data providers requested through the product, legal or regulatory authorities when required, and authorized members of the same customer organization as part of the product experience.

Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the platform, maintain records, resolve disputes, support billing or usage reviews, and comply with legal obligations. Customers may request deletion or correction by contacting us.
